1. Return Period

You may return your Warrior Headphones within 90 days of the date you receive the product.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The headphones must be in their original condition, with no signs of damage beyond normal testing.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or proof of purchase from warriorheadphone.com is required for all returns.

4. How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack and ship the product back as directed.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
